can just recommend for taking strolls

Cozy room, good breakfast, the large cozy beds made for a restful night, and the delicious all-you-can-eat buffet at breakfast was replenished regularly while the 24-hour reception was very accommodating.

No faults whatsoever.

Fabulous place with nice staff from the housekeepers, truly enjoyed it. Budget room, bed was lovely plus there was a good size bathroom. The hotel was in an unbeatable location, near to the rail stations & the tram stations.

Great staff helped us change to adjoining rooms.

The room was very clean, the staff friendly and I have never had a bad stay here, its convenient for shopping, eating and socialising.

The bar prices are expensive and so is some of the food, especially when you can eat and drink nearby for half the price

Simple well placed hotel

Clean, well managed Hotel convenient to city centre located across the street from the train station.

We arrived early and were allocated a smaller room with a small double bed.

The room was very clean tho a bit impersonal and plain. Beds very comfortable. Bathroom spotless. Reception staff were welcoming and very efficient.

The service at the bar was slow - 10 minutes to order two drinks is excessive and that was after waiting 10 minutes to be served. The bar meal took almost an hour to arrive - how long does it take to cook a basic pizza and a steak? Although the bar was busy with stag partiesin the early evening when we returned later in the evening and they'd gone it stiil took forever to be served. They need more bar staff on when they know they are going to be busy - I was almost eating the table by the time my meal arived I was so hungry!

during my stay, I was greeted with excellent service when I shared it was a special occasion, and I thoroughly enjoyed the proximity to the City of Caves and the lush greenery at Green's Windmill and Science Centre for a lovely stroll, making it a nice weekend in a vibrant city.

Great hotel in Nottingham with perfect staff at the reception desk. Very central location, right by the city center and the stadiums, the restaurant in the evening, and the train station and the town centre and near a castle and a war memorial. Also, easy to get to ancient man-made caves.
